No. We will provide the municipality with everything they need to issue the permit; however, we will have to wait for the municipality to issue the permit 


No, this will often slow the process.   It can be very frustrating when the permitting departments are not issuing permits in a timely manner; however, we will maintain communication with the permitting office. By contacting the codes department on your own, this can slow the process by delaying when we get information. It's best to have a single voice of contact with the code Department throughout the process  


Delays are rare with us, but when they happen, it’s usually due to:  

  • Weather (we won’t risk safety or quality)  
  • Permit processing (city timelines vary)  
  • Supply chain issues (we only use premium materials)

Just clear the work area of valuables, children, and pets. Pets and children bring a smile to our faces, but work sites can be dangerous, and we want to make sure that everyone has a safe day, so we ask that they avoid work areas. We’ll handle the rest, including protecting floors and furniture. When neede,d we will even set up barriers to prevent dust from moving through the house.  


 

We will set up barriers and ventilation fans to control dust. No system is perfect, but we will make every effort to ensure that the dust produced in the work area stays out of the rest of your home
